Booking Procedure
Booking is easy
1 Check availability
2 Contact us via or fax us we will send you an individual quote based on your specific requirements
i.e exact dates , pool heating etc.
3 Once you have confirmed you wish to book we will send you a booking form along with a copy of our terms and condiions.
4 You will need to pay a £125 or $250 per week deposit to confirm booking (full amount is payable if booking within 8 weeks of departure).
5 At least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date you will need to pay the outstanding balance.
6 You will also need to pay a returnable security deposit of £200/ $400) or Alternatively pay $40 insurance damage waiver (non returnable) as insurance against any accidental damages (cover up to $1000).
7 Once the final amount is paid we will send you an information pack including directions and details of how to access the villa.
